This is to bring to public notice that one Delma Lubna Coelho and Anup Kanchan have been exposed in an external matrimonial litigation ( not connected to CHD Group) in an independent individual capacity but these two having failed to make unlawful gains by resorting to several unauthorized and illegal activities , have now resorted to target and defame CHD Group.
The social media posts speak for itself that their attempts to extort money has failed and hence they are resorting to making frivolous and false allegations in public and social media posts. Their repeated offers to strike a deal with them is rejected so they are panicking.
CHD Group is hereby issuing this notice to warn them and any other individuals involved that this will not be tolerated and appropriate legal action will be initiated against such defamatory and false allegations aimed towards CHD group and they will be liable to the costs and consequences.
