A Masters of Public Health (MPH) degree is a professional graduate degree that focuses on the science and art of promoting and protecting the health of communities and populations. MPH programs provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to develop, implement, and evaluate public health programs and policies.
The development of business and social wealth stands inspired in India today because of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). In many ways, my team and I at CHD Group consider it Common Shared Responsibility (CSR). It is obvious evidence that when your neighbor’s house is on fire, your own property remains at stake. Likewise, running a big machinery in any geography without really uplifting the region, without really given back to build social wealth may provide for momentary growth, but it will be a tough battle to win in the long run.
KANTAR, CHD Group, Edward & Cynthia Institute of Public Health(ECIPH) started the skill development training initiative under the flagship of “The Family Pillar Alliance” in joint collaboration with the District Administration, Shivamogga, District Skill Center, Shivamogga and McGann Government District Hospital.
CHD Group – a global public health organization holding UNECOSOC Special Consultative Status celebrated the 8th Foundation Day at Mangalore on 27th June, 2022. The Chief Guest for the day was His Excellency Mr. Federico Salas Lotfe, Ambassador of Mexico to India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal and Maldives.
Edward & Cynthia Institute of Public Health – a unit of CHD Group was inaugurated today in presence of Captain Ganesh Karnik, BJP Spokesperson – Karnataka, Shri. J R Lobo, Former MLA – Mangalore South and Dr. Kumara, IAS, CEO, Zilla Panchayat. The Institute had special invitees in Dr. R P Pai, Former Consultant – WHO SEARO, Mr. Prashant Mannagudda, Ex Chief, Tata Group and Adv. M R Ballal, Former President, Mangaluru Bar Council.
Dr. Edmond Fernandes, Founder, CHD Group – a public health organization holding UNECOSOC special consultative status has been awarded the Healthcare 40 under 40 award by Businessworld. A robust jury chaired by Dr. Velumani, Creator, Thyrocare and other members selected the awardees after a stringent process.
